Shipping costs for orders over €100 are free of charge for European Union and Portugal (standard delivery option only).

How will you ship my order?

Parcels are dispatched via a carrier company ( such as UPS, TNT, DHL or other ) who delivers on Mondays to Fridays and will require a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to bank holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address. In the event if no one is available to sign, the carrier company will leave a note for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient date for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can I track my order?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel, you are able to track your parcel on carrier website.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.

Where do I return my products?

CASPISANTI is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty.
CASPISANTI is also not responsible if items are lost in transit.
Once a product has been returned, CASPISANTI will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided.
Please include a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.

Can I return a personalised item?

Please note that once you have placed an order for a personalized item, it is considered final sale and you cannot cancel, modify or return the item. The estimated delivery time for this items is 3- 5 working days.
